Applications are now OPEN for our Arts Administrators Pipeline Fellowship! The Association of Arts Administration Educators (AAAE) is thrilled to have received funding from the California Arts Council (CAC) that will allow us to match emerging arts administrators with arts organizations in the State of California. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to share the following information with your local constituents.

The program's objectives are to support the professional growth of individuals who may not otherwise have the opportunity to develop their careers as arts administrators, and to enhance the capacity of arts organizations for authentic community engagement with their audiences. AAAE will identify approximately 11 emerging arts administrators for support. These selected individuals will be paired with an equal number of arts and culture organizations dedicated to equity and community engagement for a 12-month paid fellowship.

Selected Fellows will receive a stipend of $50,000, access to professional development opportunities, and immersion in a supportive learning community. Additionally, $35,000 will be re-granted to Host Organizations, along with guidance to ensure an effective fellowship experience for their Fellows.
